BrainWhim operates brainwhim.com as a studio site for tools that are in development. By using this website you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This website describes planned apps across Learn, Live, Play, and Create. Unless a page clearly offers a paid product with a working checkout, nothing on this site is a sale, subscription, or licensed software.

Accounts and payments

We do not currently sell subscriptions on this site. When we do, those purchases will have their own checkout terms and a working payment flow. We will not collect card numbers on pages that are only placeholders.

Coming-soon placeholders

Orbs and menu items marked “Coming soon” are previews of products we intend to build. They are not live services. Clicking them will not open a broken page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape in a way that harms, or misuse the site. Do not use BrainWhim materials to impersonate the studio.

Medical and advice disclaimer

Any future recovery or mindful-living tools are not medical care, therapy, or crisis services. They will not replace a licensed professional.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, BrainWhim is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a free informational website.
