This policy describes how BrainWhim handles information on brainwhim.com while the studio is pre-launch.
What we collect
- If you email us, we receive whatever you send to support@brainwhim.com.
- Standard server and hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be collected by our host so the site can run.
- We do not currently run an account system, payment form, or advertising pixel on this site.
What we do not collect yet
We do not collect payment card data on these pages. When subscriptions launch, checkout will run through a payment processor (planned: Stripe) and that processor’s privacy terms will also apply.
How we use information
Email is used to answer you. Logs are used to keep the site up and secure. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
This static site does not set a marketing cookie. Your browser may store basic settings locally.
Children
The public site is general-audience. Planned kids’ learning tools will not collect personal information from children without an appropriate parent or guardian flow, and those tools are not live yet.
